In boardrooms and virtual meetings, Black women often stand as pillars of strength and competence. They lead teams, drive innovation, and mentor others—all while navigating a landscape riddled with microaggressions, bias, and the weight of representation. This relentless drive, while commendable, comes at a cost: a pervasive, often unacknowledged burnout.
